In a deeply moving new ad for Hillary Clinton, Khizr Khan once again criticizes Donald Trump for his comments about Muslims and recounts the story of his son who died serving in Iraq.

Khan first made headlines when he spoke at the Democratic National Convention in July about his son Captain Humayun Khan. The 27-year-old Muslim American, who was born in the United Arab Emirates, was killed by a suicide bomber in 2004 while protecting his troops. During his RNC speech, Khan held up a copy of the Constitution and asked Trump if he had ever read it before, saying, "You have sacrificed nothing." The GOP nominee wasted no time attacking Khan and his wife, Ghazala, before receiving backlash from many, including his own party, for going after a Gold Star family.

In the emotional video, we hear Khan recount what happened to his son in Iraq as he holds pictures of him, his medals, and his captain's hat and watches a video of his burial. With tears in his eyes, Khan says, "I want to ask Mr. Trump: would my son have a place in your America?" It's a poignant reminder that Trump's harmful words and proposals have real-world consequences.

Clinton's campaign released the video on Friday and it quickly went viral. In an email, the campaign said the ad will air in the swing states of Florida, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
