1 Woman's Facebook Post About What's Wrong With the Presidential Debates Is Going Crazy Viral

During Monday night's presidential debate, Hillary Clinton gave us all a lesson in how to handle sexism, but watching her face off against someone as condescending as Donald Trump was still frustrating. One woman's Facebook post about this is going viral with more than 161,000 reactions and 92,000 shares.

"She is currently every woman who has ever been challenged by a guy who had no idea what he was talking about — and she can't just scream 'shut up,' she can't blow her top like she has every right to," wrote Maacah Davis, identified by the Birmingham Times as the 22-year-old founder of the fashion magazine Belladonna, on the night of the debate. "She has to sit here and pretend that his opinions and feelings are just as valid as the facts her experience have taught her. This is literally what frustrates women DAILY . . . "

Davis's message has resonated with many Facebook users who have left comments like, "Don't know who you are, but you are 100% on point with this. Sexism has never been so obvious as it is now on display with the debate. It's agonizing to listen to."
