Melanie Chisholm showed off her gorgeous baby bump while performing at the Hard Rock Cafe Manchester in aid of the Caron Keating Foundation, but we'll have to wait until the birth to find out whether that silky black top is covering up a boy or a girl. Mel's in the dark too, saying she wants her baby's sex to be a surprise. Exciting!

Emma will be spicing up The X Factor as part of Dannii Minogue's team, helping the Australian judge choose her three over-25 acts for the live shows from the comfort of Dannii's St Tropez hideaway. Kimberley Walsh is joining Cheryl, Sinitta is there for Simon, and Westlife's Shane Filan has been announced as Louis's helper, while an ITV spokeswoman has also confirmed Britney will perform on the show. 
Anne Hathaway and former Spice Girl Emma Bunton were spotted wearing Jasmine di Milo's artistic confection. Sweet Anne kept her look simple, accessorizing with a pair of dangly earrings and hot reptilian pumps. Emma added some spice to her life — pun intended — with a gold necklace and bold bangle.

The 2008 Vodafone Live Music Awards were held at Brixton Academy last night, celebrating the best tours, gigs and live music acts of the past year. Mark Ronson and Kate Nash were honoured with the Best Male and Best Female awards, and Primal Scream picked up two awards for Best Live Act and Outstanding Contribution to Live Music. Emma Bunton took home the Spice Girls' award for Best Live Return, while Take That (sadly not present) were awarded the Tour Of The Year title — having been to it I think this was totally well-deserved!
Emma Bunton and her partner Jade Jones joined a whole host of chefs at the Grosvenor House Hotel last night for the London Restaurant Awards. It looks like the slim Spice Girl's kept up her ballroom and Latin moves since appearing on Strictly Come Dancing — perhaps she had a chat with John Torode, who wore a rather splendid scarf, about appearing on Celebrity Masterchef? Emma also cuddled up to that show's most recent winner, Atomic Kitten's Liz McClarnon, who will be presenting a four part cooking series for GMTV.
