We're so inspired by Hashi's (@hashi88) weight-loss journey on Instagram and the positive changes she's made to her diet, exercise routine, and self-confidence. And while positivity attracts even more positivity, sometimes it also attracts a little hate — but since she's now stronger than ever, Hashi can totally handle it. You'll see what we mean.
Hashi's weight loss was 42kg (roughly 92 pounds), and she transformed her body through clean eating and embracing weightlifting. Check out her incredible story and how she built not only her physical strength, but her mental strength as well.
On her site, she said that eating real and natural foods cleaned her body and skin of toxins.
"The macro nutrients are split into precise protein, fats, and carbs, for daily intake. Which insures [sic] maximum lean muscle growth," she said in her caption.
