These 7 Quick and Easy Dinners Follow the Perfect Weight-Loss Formula

Since counting macros can be a little tricky at first, nutrition coach and macro expert Carrie McMahon has been helping us understand what macro counting for weight loss looks like in food form.

Once you get the hang of it, your macro counting will make your life a lot easier — and your diet will be much more flexible. You don't have to eliminate any food groups, you just have to balance your protein, carbohydrates, and fats in a way that helps boost metabolism and weight loss.
