Watch Megan Thee Stallion Crush Her Pull-Up Workout Without Breaking a Sweat

Megan Thee Stallion took a break from the recording studio to hit the gym this weekend. On June 24, the rapper shared a rare glimpse at her workout routine, during which she effortlessly executed a set of pull-ups without breaking a sweat. "Since the last time y'all seen me, I learned how to do a motherf*cking pull-up!" she said, narrating an Instagram clip of herself in the gym. "OK, so anyways, I can't drop music right now so, b*tch, I might as well drop a goddamn workout routine."

The intense bodyweight workout began with Stallion on the pull-up bar. Like Madelyn Cline and Brie Larson, the Grammy winner demonstrated impressive upper-body strength on the piece of exercise equipment. After banging out a perfect set with ease, she hit the mat for some ab work and crushed some sled pushes with her trainer. The latter exercise proved difficult, forcing her to kick off her shoes halfway through to complete the rep.

Once the workout was complete, Stallion brought her dancers along for a muscle-soothing cryotherapy session ahead of Essence Festival, which kicks off on June 29. "We'd better tear it up," she said. "I need them goddamn legs, ligaments, joints, knees to be percolating."

The rest of the video featured snippets of Stallion's daily life: creative meetings, beauty sessions, music video shoots, and a glimpse at her time preparing for the Louis Vuitton show at Paris Fashion Week. "Whats been going onn hotties," she captioned the video. "y'all miss me? Dont ask me bout no dang music rn lol."

A few weeks earlier, on May 12, Stallion also posted a compilation of clips from past workouts. "Should i drop a HOTTIE BOOTCAMP," she captioned footage of herself lifting weights, doing squats, using the elliptical, testing her strength on the resistance bands, doing donkey kicks, dancing, and staying hydrated.
