Lady Gaga's Hair and Makeup at Marc Jacobs Fall 2016

See Every Angle of Lady Gaga's Punk-Inspired Look on the NYFW Runway

If you thought Lady Gaga, queen of edgy beauty, was preparing to give up her throne, you are sadly mistaken. Mother Monster has scored major consecutive beauty wins in the past few weeks: she channeled Marilyn Monroe on the Golden Globes red carpet, was the talk of the Super Bowl due to her ruby-red eyelids, and perfected David Bowie's trademark looks at the Grammys. She continued her reign during the final day of New York Fashion Week with a surprise appearance in the Marc Jacobs presentation.

Gaga prowled the catwalk donning a punk-inspired beauty look created by Francois Nars. Her striking features were the perfect canvas for the grunge-like hair and makeup. Her jet-black pout was created using NARS Velvet Shadow Stick in Flibuste ($28) and lined with NARS Black Moon Eyeliner ($23). Gaga's bleached eyebrows directed all the attention to her edgy, double-lined cat eye.

Jin Soon Choi applied Marc Jacobs Beauty Enamored Hi-Shine Nail Polish in Blacquer ($18) to Gaga's talons, adding to the look. However, we were particularly mesmerized by her finger-waved strands, which Guido Palau and the Redken team created using a variety of swirls with a fine-toothed comb. (The singer documented this process in an Instagram video — read on to see it!)

Lady Gaga is a complete beauty chameleon — and her appearance on the runway is proof of that. She perfectly captures the vibe of any era, celebrity, or style, bringing any beauty look to life. It's no surprise Marc Jacobs snagged the muse to command the catwalk. Keep reading to see more shots of her stunning appearance.
