Dwayne Johnson took a break from filming Jumanji to celebrate the world premiere of the trailer for his upcoming film, Moana, on Thursday. During an appearance on Good Morning America, The Rock paid tribute to his Polynesian roots by performing a tribal dance known as the Samoan Slap Dance with a pair of Hawaii locals. After whipping off his shirt and dousing himself with baby oil, Dwayne showed off his smooth moves in the middle of the beach at 3 a.m., and, needless to say, he did not disappoint. On Friday, the actor shared a clip of his performance on Instagram, writing, "This dance has got my creative wheels spinnin' now to do something very special, cool and historic for our red carpet world premiere of #Moana at Thanksgiving." If this is any indication of what's to come, we can't wait to see what he does next!
