Prepare to Have Your Spirits Lifted by Beyoncé's Making the Gift TV Special

The queen of surprise projects strikes again! On Sunday, Beyoncé revealed an exciting teaser for an upcoming TV special titled Beyoncé Presents: Making the Gift. The special airing will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of Bey's Lion King-inspired album, The Gift. In the 30-second trailer — which features Beyoncé's high-energy tune "My Power" — we see the 38-year-old singer working with producers, singers, and dancers as they make the impactful LP come to fruition. There's also footage of Bey, who voiced Nala in this year's remake of The Lion King, practicing African-inspired movements for her stunning "Spirit" music video. And you better believe Blue Ivy also makes an appearance! Watch the teaser above before the ABC special premieres on Sept. 16.
