This Workout Is the Perfect Mix of Dance Cardio and Sculpting Moves

Get ready to build long, lean muscles with this nonstop, calorie-burning workout. It's only 30 minutes, so the workout is quick and concentrated. Megan Roup, creator of The Sculpt Society, incorporates dance cardio and sliders to target and tone every limb. If you don't have sliders, no worries! You can use hand towels or, if you're working out on carpeting, try paper plates. Trust us: even without sliders, this workout will leave your abs and glutes on fire.
