When Victoria's Secret model Jasmine Tookes isn't busy making her elevated heel squats look like a piece of cake, chances are you'll find her slaying the BOSU ball game.

The VS Angel recently hit up New York's Dogpound gym to work out alongside its founder, Kirk Meyers, who shared the above video of her routine. In the clip, Jasmine elegantly nailed her quadruple whammy of a workout move, which targeted her glutes, thighs, and core while also challenging her sense of balance. Standing one-legged on a BOSU ball is, as you can probably imagine, super challenging, and combating that wobbly instability is a great way to fire up your muscles as they work to prevent you from falling. Naturally, Jasmine slayed the workout like the elegant runway-strutting queen she is.

So that's how she gets those perfectly defined abs and glutes . . .
