It's easy to skip a workout when you're short on time, but Instagram influencer and NASM-certified personal trainer Kelsey Wells has a simple solution: instead of opting to do nothing, do a quick, full-body cardio workout.
"I always incorporate bodyweight 'cardio' exercises into my PWR sessions — here are some of my faves! String them together next time you think you don't have time to work out," she wrote in her Instagram caption. These moves will get your heart rate up in no time and can be done in 10 minutes or less.

Do the exercises in a circuit, counting either time or reps, and complete a total of three to five rounds.
