Kim Kardashian's Chiseled Beach Body Is the Result of These "Crazy Workouts"

If you're a fan of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you'll know that over the past few seasons the sisters have really gotten into fitness. While their lives may seem to be nothing less than highlights, Kim Kardashian shared on the Season 14 'MILFs Gone Wild' episode that she was insecure about her body due to unflattering images from a vacation in Mexico surfacing on the internet. It seems like all that has changed with her latest series of bikini photos posted on her Instagram.

She gave a sweet shout-out to her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, for transforming her body over the past year.

In her caption she writes, "When I wasn't happy with what I saw back in the mirror I spent a whole year training so hard for 5 or 6 days a week putting in a lot of work and changed the way that I eat and there's such a noticeable difference."

Kardashian credits her boost in confidence to having a firmer body and less cellulite. Her transformation was by no means easy and she writes, "SO THANK YOU for waking up at 5am to do crazy body building workouts & sprints that I hate." Bodybuilding and sprinting? Phew, sounds like an intense routine!

It looks as if all her hard work has paid off, and in the words of Kris Jenner, "You're doing amazing, sweetie."
