Whole Foods Is Selling Cashew Flour Tortillas, and Taco Night Suddenly Got 10 Times Better

With more and more people moderating their grain intake for various dietary reasons, we have a feeling that the next big gluten-free trend is going to be cashew products.

Instagram user joys.wh0le.life spotted the grain-free Siete Cashew Flour Tortillas at her local Whole Foods, and we think she might be on to something. The tortillas are free of practically everything: dairy, gluten, grains, and soy. One pack has eight tortillas, and a single serving (two tortillas) contains 200 calories, 11 grams of fat, 22 grams of carbohydrates, four grams of protein, and two grams of fiber.

The grain-free tortillas sound like a great item to have on hand if you're following the Paleo diet or simply want a grain-free version of tortillas. Cashew flour tortillas aren't the norm yet, but hey, neither was cauliflower pizza crust and now people can't seem to get enough of it.
