Halle Berry's 8-Move Medicine Ball Workout Is Legit — Our Muscles Are Already Quivering
This week, Halle clearly wanted to whip us into shape with the intense medicine ball workout she shared. Our legs are already quivering after watching the workout, but we're definitely up for the challenge, Halle!
All you need is a medicine ball (be sure to choose one you can lift — we're going with 10 pounds) and get ready to work. "These exercises target your core, work on your agility and balance, and is GREAT great for cardio too," she wrote in her Instagram caption.

Warm Up Before Getting Started and Follow These Instructions
Start With a Kneeling-Rotational Slam
Followed by High Knees
And Then a Kneeling-Skater Slam
Don't Forget the Hop-Up Slam
And Uppercuts With the Medicine Ball
Get Down and Dirty With the Grasshopper
If you can't do this, try medicine ball push-ups.
