INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup organic unsweetened soy milk (I used Silk)
    • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
    • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams; I like Nutiva Plant Protein or Plant Fusion Complete Protein)
    • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
    • 4 ice cubes

    INSTRUCTIONS
