There's something about a nice, cold dessert on a hot Summer's night. That's why we partnered with Smirnoff for this post.
I love Italian Ice, which is a combination of fizzy goodness, crushed ice, and a ton of flavor. This version is finished off with a touch of infused vodka, which gives the nostalgic dessert a really delicious kick. You can play around with ingredients to create unique flavors that make for a refreshing dessert.
You can swap any fruit you have on hand for the watermelon for a really fun dessert.
- 2 cups ice
1 cup cubed watermelon, seeds removed
1/2 cup sparkling water
1 ounce Smirnoff Sourced Pineapple [Link to SMIRNOFF Sourced]
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Extra Smirnoff Sourced Pineapple for drizzling over finished Italian Ice
- Place the ice, watermelon, sparkling water, and Smirnoff Sourced Pineapple in a blender.
- Pulse on high until the ice is fine and resembles coarse sand.
- Scoop into a glass and drizzle with more Smirnoff Sourced Pineapple, and garnish with a watermelon wedge.
