Salmon-Stuffed Avocados

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups (16 ounces) salmon fillet, cooked and cooled
    • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, plus more to taste and for garnish
    • 2-3 tablespoons Majestic Original Garlic Spread
    • 1 lemon
    • 2 ripe avocados

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a bowl, break up cooked salmon with a fork. Mix in onions, dill, and garlic spread, tasting and adjusting ingredients as needed. Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice and combine. The mixture should resemble tuna salad.

    2. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop salmon mixture into the avocado halves. Garnish with lemon slices and more dill.
