INGREDIENTS

    2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons flax meal 1/3 cup oats 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon chia seeds 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk 1 scoop hemp protein (optional)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and go from mix to liquify in steps. Let it blend on liquify (or the highest setting) for 30 seconds. The trick to this smoothie is REALLY blending it. Taste and add more almond milk if you like a thinner consistency.
