The Perfect Barbecue Sauce and Shrimp Combo For Your Grill

Tossing a few shrimp on the barbecue is a quick way to serve up something flavorful during the Summer and with a no-fail barbecue sauce for dipping, you'll have guests that can't get enough of the good stuff. Serve with lots of limes and refreshing beverages and the party's started.

Soy-Sriracha Barbecued Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
    • 1 pound shrimp, shelled and cleaned
    • 1 lime, sliced

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix together the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and Sriracha, then divide in half.

    2. Skewer the shrimp and glaze with half the barbecue sauce.

    3. Grill over hot coals or a medium-high grill until shrimp are cooked through.

    4. Serve with remaining sauce for extra dipping.
