You're Going to Want to Eat All of This Sweet and Savory Baked Brie Yourself

I love brie and fully admit it's the first thing I am attracted to at any party. Creamy, smooth, and so good on toasty bread, it's a big indulgence that pairs so well with sweet and savory additions. Elevate the basic wheel by stuffing it with bright flavors that will have guests digging in for more.

Sweet and Savory Stuffed Brie

Yield1 wheel of brie

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 wheel of brie
    • 1 tablespoon fig jam
    • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

    2. Slice the brie in half, creating a top and bottom round. Spread the bottom round with fig jam and then sprinkle with basil. Top with the other round of brie and place on a foil-covered sheet pan.

    3. Place in the hot oven for 5-7 minutes.

    4. Remove and serve with a sliced baguette.
