The "no candy for breakfast" rule has just gone straight out the window because — in addition to blessing us all with Hershey's Kisses Cereal — General Mills has created Jolly Rancher Cereal, and my 9-year-old self would be bouncing off the walls right about now if she knew. The fruity cereal, currently available as a Walmart exclusive product through January, comes in five familiar flavors: grape, apple, cherry, watermelon, and, of course, blue raspberry.
