Case in point: On Aug. 20, Joe made our hearts explode by sharing an Instagram video of the crowd at his concert in London at club Gay Haven singing "Happy Birthday" to Demi on her 24th birthday. The fact that Joe and his band DNCE stopped their performance for Joe to tape the moment shows the deep connection between the two friends.

The sweet gesture from Joe comes just weeks after the pair relived their romance on stage during a stop on Demi and Nick Jonas's tour Future Now in Washington DC, singing the Disney original movie's songs "This Is Me" and "Gotta Find You."
