An expecting Alberta, Canada, couple got the surprise of a lifetime when they went in for an ultrasound and heard the doctor say as she pointed to the screen, "Here's baby one . . . and baby two and three and four." But that's not even the most shocking part — Tim and Bethani Webb conceived their identical quadruplet girls naturally, which their nurse said was a one in 67 million chance.

The couple has no history of multiples through natural conception in either of their families and was extremely surprised by the announcement. Webb told CBC News, "I could not believe it, I was in such shock. Honestly, I thought the ultrasound tech was joking." Webb is receiving constant care at Edmonton's Royal Alexandra Hospital until the girls — Abigail, McKayla, Grace, and Emily — arrive, which should be sometime later this month or early in May.
