It's time to let go! Life is so hectic, and it's easy to get caught up in all of your concerns. Nothing feels better than letting go of your worries, especially when they're totally unneccessary. Challenge yourself to clear your mind of these 11 troubles ASAP — you will feel so much better.

  1. Things you can't change. Sadly, there is no possible way to change time or issues beyond your control, so you simply must free them from your mind. If you don't have the power to alter something, don't make it your problem!
  2. Money. As long as you're paying your bills on time and have a regular income, don't freak out over your financial details. Money is one of the biggest things that keep people up at night. If you're not being gluttonous, you can rest easy.
  3. How you look. Because looks are absolutely not everything. And as long as you love yourself, who cares what other people think anyway?
  4. Getting sick. If there's some sort of virus outbreak or you have a big event coming up, the best thing you can do is stay relaxed. Stress can weaken your immune system so the chances of you staying healthy are much higher when you're not worrying about it.
  5. Something happening in the distant future. Worrying about events happening way ahead of time is pointless — deal with it when it's actually necessary.
  6. Showing every moment of your life on social media. Don't allow the Internet to become an addiction. Stop and experience your life without using your phone to capture everything. You'll have a much better time.
  7. What people think about you. The only thing that matters is what you think about you.
  8. Missing out on things. Enjoy your own life, not the lives of others. Focusing on all the wonderful things you're doing will make you forget about everyone else.
  9. Rejection. Whether it be from a career or relationship, you can't live in fear that somebody won't want you. Allow yourself to be vulnerable to the opportunity of being happy — and be confident that you're a catch that can't be refused.
  10. Anything that happened in the past. There's no way to go back in time, so you must let go of anything you're obsessing over from prior events. Even if it really bothers you, it has to be released from your mind because it's all over now!
  11. Being completely perfect. Guess what? Nobody is — even the people you think are perfect certainly aren't. Embrace your flaws, celebrate your strengths, and stop freaking out about the details. They're only details for a reason.
