Disney Parks Around the World Are Honoring Medical Workers With "Thank You" Messages

Disney Parks

Even as Disney parks worldwide remain closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, each resort has found its own way to share a little bit of magic. As part of World Health Day on April 7 — a day set aside to honor nurses, doctors, and healthcare workers — Disney parks, cruise lines, and stores around the globe have come together to share a sweet, and much-deserved, message of thanks for those working on the front lines to battle coronavirus.

Park employees used their creativity to create floral arrangements in different languages, turn Cinderella's Castle blue at Walt Disney World, and project the words "thank you" on the Enchanted Storybook Castle at Shanghai Disneyland as a way to show their appreciation for the hard work of healthcare professionals around the world. Keep reading to check out all the light displays and floral creations.
