So you're approaching 25. Congratulations! You've made it through college, you're fresh in your career, and you've (maybe) flown the nest. No quarter-life crisis here — 25 is, without doubt, a year to celebrate.

Before you plan an epic bash for the books, though, consider the full potential you could reach by this time. After all, you're halfway through your 20s, so you've gleaned a good chunk of general wisdom. Ahead are 25 (reasonable) things you should be able to check off your life list. Because by now, you know that your well-being is a priority.

  2. Effectively organize your living space.
  3. Cut out romantic interests that just aren't worth it.
  4. Ask for what you want at work.
  5. Read self-help books (no shame).
  6. Get in control of your finances.
  7. Enjoy time alone.
