The owner of George's Senate Coney Island in Michigan showed the true meaning of Thanksgiving with a heartwarming note posted on his restaurant window. His yearly tradition has been to offer a free meal to anyone spending the holiday alone, and his kind act went viral this year after Reddit user Rhymingisfun uploaded a photo of the note online. George, the restaurant owner, came to the US from Greece at 23 years old. He recounted a time of being homeless at 12 to WILX News 10 and relying on others for food. He's been paying it forward to his customers for years now: "It makes my heart feel good to do it, and help a little bit," George said.
