Janelle Monáe Looks Like a Glam Cruella de Vil at the Grammys

Janelle Monáe always dons a unique look on the red carpet, but we've never seen her channel a Disney villain before. The actress arrived at the Grammys with a pixie cut that was half black and half platinum like our favorite cartoon fashionista, Cruella de Vil. Her deep side part was accented with small crystal barrettes, softening her dramatic look.

Janelle's makeup, applied by Jessica Smalls, was just as magical. The singer's skin looked so radiant thanks to Kiehl's Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Mask ($39), and her eyes popped with Buxom Hold The Line Waterproof Eyeliner ($17) in bright green shade Ring My Bell. We couldn't stop staring, and you won't be able to either.
