These Curve Models Re-Created the Kardashian Calvin Klein Ads in Their Own Beautiful Style

Curve model Diana Sirokai has re-created numerous popular ads in order to draw attention to the lack of diversity in fashion. You might remember her version of Gigi Hadid's Stuart Weitzman campaign or her take on those Kim Kardashian swimsuit photos. Now, Diana is back at it again with the help of fashion photographer Karizza, tackling another iconic image: the Kardashian family's Calvin Klein campaign.

Diana and three other curvy women (Daisy Christina, Tammy B, and Denise Mercedes) all slipped into uniform black-and-white CK bralettes and undies. They then posed side by side in photos that showed off their stretch marks and different body sizes. Everyone looked beautiful. Though the models' voices are loud and clear — fashion needs to be more size inclusive — the photo concept wouldn't have been possible without Karizza, who started working with Diana one year ago.

"The problems [for] plus size girls are very close to me. I am originally from Ukraine and there [it's] very difficult to be curvy without being judged. Since childhood, we hear words such as 'lose weight or nobody will love you or nobody will marry you,'" Karizza said. "[Since] working for [the] plus size community, I see how my work inspires girls all over the world to be confident and actually it helps me to become confident about my body as well."

The photographer even revealed that she has more projects in the works featuring empowering curve models. Based on what we've seen so far, you can guess the collaborations will be epic enough to go viral, and, hopefully, induce change in the fashion world. "Our re-creations of celebrities or fashion campaigns is only [the] beginning," Karizza said.
