This recipe looks so healthy and Christmas' celebrations are so close, I will definitely try your recipe since I want something sweet, but not so helping to gain weight. (So easy to loose the shape during the Christmas time). I love your combination of pumpkin and carrots. Maybe you want to check my combination of coconuts and carrots? It sounds crazy, but it is so so delicious and not very difficult to make. I had posted it here, so if you want you can learn my version of healthy joy and maybe even try it. :)
