Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Boost Your Immunity With Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
There's no easier breakfast than a jar of overnight oats. Two minutes of prep the night before, and you have a filling whole-grain breakfast ready to go the following morning. While it's hard for me to tire of my go-to overnight oats combination, it's fun to mix things up every once in a while — and that's where this seasonal twist comes in handy.
You might not be able to enjoy a slice of pumpkin pie every night, but this breakfast will help curb those sugary cravings. Adding a tablespoon of pumpkin puree and a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice totally transforms the flavor of your oats to taste like Thanksgiving dessert and helps bring even more immunity-boosting vitamin A to your breakfast. Try it out for yourself tomorrow morning!
