Shakira's trainer Anna Kaiser recently shared the exact program she's using to train her client with POPSUGAR, and while the treadmill and dance workouts are essential, it's the glute moves that are blowing our minds.
In a recent Instagram post, Anna shared the six moves she's doing with Shakira to build a stronger booty before she goes on tour, and our glutes are burning just from watching it. We're not going to lie, it's intense, but if it leaves our booty looking like Shakira's, we're SO ready to integrate this into our workouts. "Fun fact: I actually did these EXACT exercises with @shakira TONIGHT here in Barcelona!" Anna wrote alongside the sweat-inducing video above.

- Knee repeaters (16 reps on each side)
- Band kicks (20 reps on each side with a medium-weight resistance band)
- Band pulses (30 reps on each side)
