How Badly Do You Want to Preorder Anthony Bourdain's Latest Cookbook?

We've been so excited about Chrissy Teigen's latest cookbook, Cravings, that we nearly forgot Anthony Bourdain is expecting . . . a cookbook. His latest title, Appetites, now has a release date. The publisher, Ecco Books, announced via Instagram that the release date will be Oct. 25, 2016, and now you can preorder the cookbook on Amazon. It's been well over a decade since the foul-mouthed chef-turned-TV host has published a cookbook under his name. According to an earlier press release, "Appetites boils down 40 plus years of professional cooking and world traveling to a tight repertoire of personal favorites — dishes that everyone should (at least in Mr. Bourdain's opinion) know how to cook." And as for the "Someone tell Ina" comment in the Instagram above, that's in reference to Bourdain's transition from a bad-boy chef to married-with-a-kid. In his own words, he's "morphed into a psychotic, anally retentive, bad-tempered Ina Garten."
