Not everyone is able to sit at a big, family-filled table on Thanksgiving and enjoy a homemade feast. But it feels a little wrong not to at least enjoy turkey in some form on the holiday, right? Trader Joe's is saving the day with a new Turkey and Stuffing en Croute — aka turkey and cornbread stuffed inside puff pastry and topped with herbes de Provence — all conveniently packaged in a box in the frozen aisle. It's basically like beef wellington but with a Thanksgiving twist, and it sounds pretty delicious.
The festive entree (which comes with gravy and cranberry sauce) measures at 40 ounces and has about eight servings per container, which makes its price of $13 almost too good to be true! If you're totally cool with skipping the effort of cooking a whole turkey and several homemade sides, this might provide an easy way for you and a few friends to celebrate. Just bake the frozen meal and whip up some mashed potatoes if you want to add something else to the table, and you'll be able to serve dinner about a million times quicker than you typically would on Thanksgiving.
