Move over, pumpkin spice: we've got a new favorite Fall flavor! Trader Joe's just introduced its Maple Ginger Cookie Swirl ice cream, and it's everything we never knew we needed. It's a sweet, creamy maple ice cream, with a plentiful, crunchy swirl made from the much-loved Trader Joe's ginger cookies. The sweetness of the maple is offset by the slight bite of the ginger for a delicious Fall dessert — close your eyes, and you can almost see the Fall leaves! As with all good things at Trader Joe's, it's a limited-edition flavor for the season, so if this sounds like your kind of ice cream, make sure to pick one up before they're gone!
