She's not above asking her mother for parenting help.

In a recent interview, Chrissy surprised her fans by revealing that her parents don't live together. In fact, she explained that her mom, Vilailuck, actually stays with her and John and helps them out with Luna. "So my mom lives with us. Everybody is like, 'Where's your dad?'"

But don't worry, there's no trouble in paradise as far as her parents' marriage is concerned. "It just works for them. It's a good family life. We're all very close, very tight-knit." Phew, thank god there's nothing to worry about!

She's letting Luna decide when, and if, she wants to get her ears pierced.

Believe it or not, ear piercing is a pretty hot button topic as far as parenting discussions go. But Chrissy Teigen tackled the interview question on, explaining that she's simply going to let Luna decide when she's old enough: "She doesn't have her ears pierced, and I'm going to let her decide when she wants to do that, just because I remember when I was little what I went through. My mom did it for me." Easy peasy.

Between having to go through the IVF process for both pregnancies and her struggle with postpartum depression, she doesn't hold back when asked about her personal experience, and frankly, that's a breath of fresh air for any woman going trough the same thing.

Recently, Chrissy took to Twitter to share how her second pregnancy is going, and from what she said, it doesn't sound too pleasant.

She tweeted: "This baby is sucking the life from me. Drinking my water, making me dry. Eating my food, making me hungry. Taking my health, making me sick. Why do we create these monsters they want us dead." And while she's clearly 100 percent kidding, we'd be lying if we didn't feel the same way on our worst days.
