Maxine Waters Sums Up Her Thoughts on Trump: "We've Got to Stop His Ass"

Nobody throws shade better than Maxine Waters, but the California congresswoman just threw a whole palm tree with her latest comments about Trump. While speaking at a Tax Day March in Washington DC on April 14, Waters didn't mince her words when speaking about the President. "We've got to stop his ass!" she told the crowd to a vivacious applause. "Let's hit the streets, let's show up," Waters reportedly said. "This is what it takes to resist."

This isn't the first time Waters has used her words to fight back against Trump and his controversial administration. In addition to frequently calling for Trump's impeachment, Waters appeared on MSNBC's All In With Chris Hayes in February and referred to Trump's team as "a bunch of scumbags" due to their alleged ties to Russia.

Waters also famously hit back at Fox News host Bill O'Reilly when he mocked her hair, calling it a James Brown wig. "I am a strong black woman, and I cannot be intimidated," she said in response to his sexist (and, some would argue, racist) comment. If there's any lesson to be learned from all of this, it's that Maxine Waters is not one to be messed with.
