Spinach and Watercress Dip

Much like other healthy spinach dips, this 64-calorie spinach dip recipe uses nonfat Greek yogurt, but the surprise is the addition of fresh, chopped watercress. Serve with a batch of gluten-free flaxseed crackers, which are high in heart-healthy omega 3s and fiber and easy to bake!
