The video streaming service, which is known for users playing eSports live, held its first ever TwitchCon in San Francisco in September. Over 20,000 people attended the conference, while over 1.9 million people watched on Twitch, wishing they could be part of the experience that included plenty of cosplay and gaming.

Twitch CEO Emmett Shear thanked the community for raising $15 million for charity and celebrated them for producing 7.5 billion minutes of broadcasting. Shear also announced that Twitch would finally become fully available on PlayStation and that anyone could upload a video to their stream — a big move that directly competes with YouTube Gaming.
