Of course, the MTV VMAs are all about music, but a true beauty junkie knows the real highlight of the evening is the pre-show red carpet. After all, this night brings together some of the most on-point stars out there. Celebrities like Millie Bobby Brown, Kesha, and Katy Perry all made appearances on August 27. The VMA host wore flamingo-pink eye shadow, dark black liner, and a rosy lip.
Demi's voluminous, middle-parted beach waves took center stage, but she did not disappoint in the beauty department either. She countered her nude lip with a smoldering smoky eye.
Vanessa wore a wet, slicked-back bob, fiery-red mascara, and dramatically winged eyeliner.
