Miley Cyrus didn't just declare her love of Joan Jett on stage at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, she wore her heart on her sleeve — er, pasties. The envelope-pushing pop star honored the legendary Jett with her "J"-embellished, heart-shaped stickers, coming dangerously close to freeing her nipples all over the stage. Not that we'd expect anything less from the performer who's made "just being Miley" synonymous with controversy.
