Chia-Coconut Confetti Banana

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 banana
    • 4 teaspoons peanut butter
    • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
    • 2 teaspoons unsweetened shredded coconut

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Slice the banana in half lengthwise. Spread each half with 2 teaspoons peanut butter and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon chia seeds and 1 teaspoon coconut.
