Now that you've taken a big sigh of relief that the holidays are over, you're probably passing up the cookies and hot cocoa for warming soups and spiralized veggie noodles. We get it, which is why we've gathered the best new cookbooks, cooking equipment, and meal delivery services to get you back on a (healthier) track. One thing's for certain: you better believe nothing skimps on flavor.

Bon Appétit: The Food Lover's Cleanse

Bon Appétit: The Food Lover's Cleanse

Meet my new favorite cookbook: Bon Appetit: The Food Lover's Cleanse ($35) by Sara Dickerman. The cookbook prides itself on being equal parts nutritious and flavorful, and based on the recipes I've tried so far, it's an accurate description. Better yet, the cleanse rules are reasonable and realistic — to paraphrase, we're talking "drink less" and "include something green on the plate." Finally, a New Year's resolution you'll be inspired to keep.

All-Clad Pressure Cooker

All-Clad Pressure Cooker

Like any pressure cooker, All-Clad's deluxe model ($300) is a weeknight mealtime savior; where it outstrips the average model is in both looks and, more importantly, quality. Yes, it's an investment, but it's essentially a two-for-one deal: it functions both as a pressure cooker and as a stand-alone All-Clad soup pot. I've been using it to simmer up beans and am excited to try it out with other typically long-cooking dishes.

Pique Tea

Pique Tea

Introducing the instant coffee of tea: Pique Tea ($2 for 14-cup trial; $58 for 84 cups). I'm all for loose-leaf tea, but for a quick cup on the go, I love the Pique Tea concept. The tea crystals instantly dissolve into a cup of hot water for a sipping experience that isn't too tannic or bitter and tastes just right.

GreenPan Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 14-Piece Cookware Set

GreenPan Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 14-Piece Cookware Set

As the original maker of ceramic nonstick cookware, GreenPan knows how to create superb items that make cooking easier, which is something that I'm all about. The company's new 14-piece set ($200) is designed to require very little cooking oil, so you can cook healthy meals in the New Year. The best part? Everything is dishwasher-safe, unlike all the nonstick pots and pans that I already own — easy cleanup is essential for weeknight cooking.

Sprinkles Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our favorite cupcakery has a limited-edition release for the month of January: gluten-free chocolate chip cookies ($3 each/$33 a dozen). Dare we say these cookies taste even better than your standard chocolate chip cookie? The flavor is just like cookie dough (how??), and the texture will completely fool you for generic, flour-filled cookies.

Health-Ade Kombucha Power Greens

Health-Ade Kombucha Power Greens ($5), one of the flavors in Health-Ade's new line of superteas, is the closest I've come to finding a hybrid green juice and kombucha beverage (that is, outside of a juice bar). Like all of Health-Ade's flavors — Pomegranate and Cayenne Cleanse are also great — it's tart, refreshing, and smooth.

Giada Entertains

Any Giada show is a good show, so I'm excited to see what she comes up with on her new series, Giada Entertains, which premiered on Food Network on Sunday, Jan. 3. The show centers on "entertaining and party prep [that] can be both easy and enjoyable," from girls' nights in to cocktail parties.

Pizza Hut Tribal Pizza Leggings

Pizza Hut Tribal Pizza Leggings

OK, it's hard to be mad at Pizza Hut for creating pizza-themed swag when it's so darn attractive, like these tribal pizza leggings ($50), which double as yoga and couch apparel.

Splendid Spoon's 7-Day Soup Plan

Splendid Spoon's 7-Day Soup Plan

After trying a three-day juice cleanse years back, I said "never again." (I did not have increased energy or feel euphoric; rather, I was an easy-to-anger headache-plagued mess.) Which is why I think Splendid Spoon's seven-day soup plan ($95 per week) is so brilliant. Unlike more extreme, sugary juice- or powder-based cleanses, it consists of a one-day soup cleanse, five lunch-size soups to get you through the workweek, and a cheat day. (The idea being that other meals during the five-day stretch, while up to you, will be health-concious.) While the soup cleanse was low in calories, I found it doable thanks to the fiber and cozy nature of hot soup. My only gripe: most of the soups needed perking up with something acidic, like vinegar or extra salt (at least for my palate).

KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment

KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment

I have a hand spiralizer, but I'm craving something a little more hardcore like this KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment ($100), which uses the power of my stand mixer to cut veggies into perfect curlicues. Plus, it comes with several attachments so I can change up the shapes, from big, fat veggie noodles to superslender strands.

Jamie Oliver For HelloFresh

Jamie Oliver For HelloFresh

HelloFresh is already one of our favorite meal delivery services, and the company's new collaboration with chef Jamie Oliver just gives us another reason to continue the service. "For me, HelloFresh makes cooking from scratch even easier. Their delivery of ingredients straight to people’s doors is a hugely convenient way for everyone to try my recipes,” Jamie said in a statement. From now on, one of Jamie's recipes, like salsa spaghetti with black olives and basil, will be included in HelloFresh boxes each week. Cooking like the chef is almost as good as cooking with him.

Super Foods Every Day

Super Foods Every Day

I can barely contain my excitement for Super Foods Every Day ($15). The book layout makes clean eating seem so attainable and simple. One side of the page displays a clean, crisp image of the ingredients used per recipe and the other side shows off the finished dish. This is the ideal cookbook for those who shy away from complicated recipes and are more interested in unique flavor combinations.
