These Edible Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites Taste Like Birthday Cake and Brownie Batter

The bites, made by Bubbies Ice Cream, look just like mochi and are sold in six-count packs. They come in four gluten-free flavors: Strawberry Sugar Cookie, Peanut Butter Brownie Batter, Vanilla Birthday Cake, and Vanilla Chocolate Chip.
