Not sure what to do with the blank wall of your new apartment? We partnered with Lowe's for this helpful DIY post.

If you are stuck with an apartment with a no-paint policy, you can give your space a touch of color and texture thanks to these easy DIY wallpaper panels. They come together with a few basic materials and are light enough to hang with removable strips. They instantly change any living space and can be arranged tightly together into a complete panel or artfully for a stunning feature wall.

What You'll Need:

Directions:

  1. Start by covering your space with a plastic tarp, which keeps the area from getting sticky. Then roll out the wallpaper, print side facing the light panel, and mark where to cut.

  1. Now match up the wallpaper pattern and mark, cutting another strip so the entire panel is covered.

  1. Lightly coat the panel with an even layer of the spray adhesive, and quickly line up the corner of the largest edge of wallpaper, smoothing it across the panel. Do the same with the finishing strip of wallpaper.

  1. Allow the panel to dry for five minutes, then lift and flip, letting the spray adhesive finish setting while working on the other panels.
  2. Connect the Command strips to either side at the top and bottom of each panel.

  1. Hang the panels, and enjoy the new look of your room!
