14 Reasons Almost Home's Dave and Jenny Marrs Will Be Your New Favorite HGTV Duo

If you like watching Ben and Erin Napier rehab historic homes in Laurel, MS, on Home Town, then new HGTV show Almost Home is about to be your new favorite obsession.
The show stars Dave and Jenny Marrs, another husband and wife duo, rehabbing historic homes in their hometown of Bentonville, AR — a town just as charming and fun as the Napiers'. But there's more to the Marrs family than their cute town. Get to know them a bit more ahead, then tune in to their renovation show Tuesdays at 11 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
They are raising four beautiful children.
The Marrs children are (from left) Nate, Sylvie, Charlotte, and Ben. Sylvie was adopted from the Democratic Republic of Congo after a 600-day journey to bring her into the Marrs family. Her story is chronicled on Jenny's blog.
The Marrs family loves the farm life.
They are also the proud parents of a small herd of sheep and goats. This fall, Trixie the lamb got pregnant, so the herd is expanding!
It's not a farm without dogs.
They have some supercute dogs, including a bird dog named Dolly who loves to go hunting.
The kids love helping with the chores.
The Marrs's farm also has chickens, who look like prodigious egg-layers. Jenny doesn't like collecting the eggs "fresh from their rumps," but her kids don't have any qualms about doing that chore.
Jenny has a soft spot for her cows.
Just how big is this farm? The Marrs family also boasts a herd of cattle. In this rainy-day picture, Jenny lamented that Dave won't let her move the cows into the garage to get out of the rain.
Their faith is a huge part of their lives.
Jenny writes that we can learn a lot from King Solomon: "Maybe we simply need to take a deep breath, look around, and see His goodness in all that surrounds us today."
The Marrs also do a lot of charity work.
In partnership with Help One Now, which aims to help orphaned and vulnerable children and break the cycle of poverty, the Marrs family started The Berry Farm. The proceeds from this blueberry and blackberry farm go directly to help give life skills to teenage boys in Zimbabwe.
They like to travel.
Jenny and Dave recently took a vacation to beautiful Northern California. They stopped at several different wineries, Muir Woods National Park, the beach, and the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
The kids enjoy traveling too.
They also took the kids to South Africa back in January 2017, where they met some cute llamas.
Jenny loves a good girls' night out.
It looks like Jenny has quite a support group of friends. This Fall, they got together for the Cobblestone Farm Harvest Dinner.
Dave knows his way around a baseball diamond.
Or at least a little league diamond. Jenny says he was asked to be the head coach for his son's little league at the last minute, but he's loving every minute of it.
Charlotte loves to make new friends.
The youngest Marrs child made some friends during a vacation to Minnesota. The two orange cats looked just thrilled to be hauled around by a 3-year-old.
Jenny has a sweet tooth.
Jenny is confident that Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels are "made by fairies in a magical factory." She's not wrong.
Their little farm can kind of do it all.
In addition to all the animals, the Marrs have quite the green thumbs on their farm as well. Look at this haul from mid-Summer: potatoes, green beans, and cucumbers. Mmmm.
