    • 3 cups water
    • 1 1/2 cups agave
    • For the hibiscus margarita:
    • 1 1/4 ounces hibiscus tea simple syrup
    • 2 ounces silver tequila
    • 1/4 ounce Cointreau
    • 1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
    • Ice
    • 2 ounces club soda
    • Citrus salt

    3. Once cooled, pour syrup through a mesh strainer to remove the loose tea.

    6. Top with club soda.

    7. Serve over ice in glass rimmed with citrus salt.
