  • After more than 12 years at Fox News, Megyn Kelly is leaving for NBC. The anchor, whose show The Kelly File was the second most-watched cable news show after Bill O'Reilly's, confirmed the decision on Twitter Tuesday morning. In her statement, Kelly wrote that she will be hosting a new daytime show during the week and a nightly program on Sundays.
  • Coachella has announced the lineup for 2017, and it's stacked with all-stars: Beyoncé will join Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar as the headliners in Indio this Spring for the annual musical festival. It will also be a big weekend for Lorde, who will take the stage on Sunday and who hasn't performed a full set in three years.
  • Authorities in Istanbul have identified the main suspect who attacked a nightclub on New Year's Eve and killed 39 people. A video he shared of himself roaming around Istanbul's Taksim Square surfaced on Tuesday, but it's unclear whether the video was recorded before or after the attack. Turkish police have also arrested 16 other people in connection with the attack. ISIS has claimed responsibility on Twitter, reports CNN.
  • Finland is testing out a universal basic income model for 2,000 unemployed citizens beginning in January. The experiment, which has been debated internationally, supplies $587 a month to citizens in the program regardless of whether they find work or not. Participants were already receiving unemployment compensation, but were selected at random from the population. If the program is successful, Finland could expand it to include all citizens.
  • Sean Hannity of Fox News scored a rare interview with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. The interview is Assange's first face-to-face interview with a cable TV network since moving into England's Ecuadorian Embassy in June 2012 to escape extradition and seek asylum. According to Variety, Hannity and Assange will discuss the Russian hacking scandal. The program will air on Tuesday night.
