Take Time For Yourself
First and foremost, you have to get into a bit of a selfish mindset — the good kind of selfish. You hear it on every flight and it's true in daily life, too — you have to put on your own oxygen mask first before you can help anyone else.
For me, going hard at the gym is a kind of therapy. As much as I sometimes don't want to go, I never regret suiting up and sweating it out. It showed me that doing something for yourself — no matter what it may be — goes a long way, and it's not just all for fun, it's also necessary to function!
